ROBERT CEFAI/MALTA Robert CefaI has been involved in the music scene for many years. He was the chief organizer of the International Festival of Maltese Song way back for many many years. For eighteen consecutive years he was the secretary of the organizing committee selecting the Maltese participant in the Eurovision Song Contest. Robert was invited to participate as jury member in Festivals both local and International. He is currently the General Secretary of the World Association of Festivals and artists
Serhat is a Turkish singer, songwriter, producer and TV-host who chose to work in the show-business after completing his education in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Istanbul. He entered the world of television with the most highly rated quiz-show of all times ” Riziko”, the Turkish version of America’s legendary “Jeopardy”, where he was both the producer and the presenter. With Riziko he was awarded the best TV-presenter and best TV-producer twice in a row. Serhat’ s international music career started successfully with the single “Total Disguise” which he performed in duet with the French singer Viktor Lazlo. His collaboration with the Russian/Georgian star Tamara Gverdtsiteli was another big step in his career. Th¬ey recorded 3 songs, in both English and Russian and also performed together in concerts in Moscow and at festivals in Belarus and Moldova. 22 years ago Serhat founded the National and International High Schools Music Contest and has since then been guiding and coaching young talented musicians. Since 2013 Serhat’ s music career has been based in Germany. In 2015 his single “Je M’adore” topped the DJ and Dance Charts in several European countries, being Nr 1 for five weeks in a row in the German DJ Charts and Nr 2 in British Dance Charts. Serhat was awarded many times, including “Golden Key of the City Alexandria” for his international artistic career and “Fair Play Grand Prize” awarded by the Turkish National Olympic Committee. He represented the Republic of San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm with the song “I didn’t know”. ¬The song reached USA official Billboard Dance Charts Nr 25 and became the first ESC song in USA charts after 13 years. ¬The new recording of “I didn’t know” featuring legendary Martha Wash from USA and his single in 2018, a new version of “Total Disguise” featuring ESC winner Helena Paparizou from Greece became worldwide top ten hits in many charts. In 2019 Serhat represented the Republic of San Marino for the second time at the Eurovision Song Contest in Tel-Aviv with the song Say Na Na Na written by himself. He qualified for the final and his remarkable 19th place is the best result of San Marino at the history of the contest. After 9 singles his first international album “That’s How I Feel” which is produced in Sweden, Germany, Belgium and France is released in 2019. Same year he is awarded with Golden Butterfly in Turkey for his succesful international music career.

ALEXANDRA&KONSTANTIN/BELARUS The “Alexandra & Konstantin” duo was formed in 1998 in.Borisov, Belarus. In 2000 the “A&K” duo became a prizewinner in the national TV contest of young talented performers and was rewarded with a chance to record their debut album in the studio of the National State Teleradiocompany of the Republic of Belarus. That was the beginning of the duo’s music career. Concerts in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, Turkey followed. Alexandra Kirsanova vocalist, arranger, composer, vocal coach. Playing the ocarina, block-flute, harp, piano, percussion. Konstantin Drapezo – guitarist, arranger & composer. Start to play guitar when he was 12. Duo “A&K” is laureate of many international contests and festivals. Duo “A&K” is the first representative of Belarus at “Eurovision Song Contest-2004” (Turkey). The duo Alexandra & Konstantin recorded and released 5 albums.
SILVIA DE IESO/ITALY Manager, Producer, Owner of the Booking International star music agency (formerly Brutta srl.) Has been working in the entertainment field since 1990. She began her work in the entertainment world as Head of the promotion of artists at Fonit Cetra for one small period and then moved to one international agency where he acquired the skills of managing artistic booking. After these great educational experiences, he began to work with various artists including a young promise of Italian song, ALESSANDRO CANINO, who in a few years will arrive at the Sanremo festival with the song entitled “BRUTTA”. In 1994 Silvia decide to face the international booking path; in fact, in that year she became the foreign agent of TOTO CUTUGNO with many years of concerts in the most spectacular locations around the world. In 1997 she became an official member of F.I.D.O.F. (International federation of festival organization in the world). She focused in particular on the countries of former U.S.S.R. (Russia). Silvia is the only female show agent for the whole east of the world. Until 2011 she organized many concerts of Toto Cotugno in Finland and other countries. Thanks to this important experience, and thanks to the intuition of creating the: “SANREMO A MOSCA” also other artists such as: ALBANO, RICCHI E POVERI, RICCARDO FOGLI, PUPO, UMBERTO TOZZI, MATIA BAZAR, ANNA OXA, MARIELLA NAVA, AMEDEO MINGHI , ORNELLA VANONI, LUCIO DALLA, ZUCCHERO sugar FORNACIARI, ORIETTA BERTI, ADAMO, ANTONELLA RUGGERO, CHARLES AZNAVOUR, STING, TOM JOHNES, BONEY M, LOU BEGA, PAUL YOUNG, CESARIA EVORA and many others decided to collaborate with International Star Music for their concerts abroad. In particular with Riccardo Sheets, Silvia gives birth to a real star of the foreign market, in fact in 2007 she organizes and produces the first real FOGLI – PUPO live tour to continue in 2011 the management of Riccardo Fogli who was now in great demand and popular in all east europe countries. Together with the management of Riccardo Fogli, in 2010 the production of an international cover band called LOVE ITALY began to spread Italian music around the world in those countries where record companies had chosen not to invest anymore but where the Italian melody was now in the DNA of people. In 2013, the Sanremo initiative in Moscow was resumed and revived in Azerbaijan presented in Italian by the great ORNELLA MUTI, in English and Russian. In 2014 the collaboration with the first Romanian channel TVR takes place the first festival: THE BEST POP MUSIC IN THE WORLD with a completely international cast. In the same year, the Love Italy band changes its name to HIT ITALY with the arrival of the new front girl (daughter of Silvia) Guya Canino; singer, dancer and actress, opening the major concerts of Italian and international stars around the world, an experience that continues today under the guidance of International star music.
JENNI MONEVA /BULGARIA Jenni Moneva is senior music editor at Bulgarian National Radio. She hosts two radio music shows- “Eurobox”- a show for European pop, rock and world music. Her second show is called “Be what you are” and it is about Bulgarian pop and rock music
ALEXANDRINA SIMEON/GERMANY Alexandrina Simeon is a jazz singer, composer and band leader .. After a classical singing education she focused on her jazz singing studies with Harriet Lewis, Karen Edwards and Sandy Patton. Quite soon she started singing in various jazz ensembles in Augsburg and Munich and with her own quintet (the Alexandrina Simeon Quintett), she is a welcome guest to international jazz festivals in Germany, Austria and Bulgaria. But she is not only familiar with jazz. Alexandrina´s repertoire also covers classical music, soul, pop and gospel. Live performances for the German Television BR or ZDF, as well as numerous CD productions and projects with various musicians prove that quite impressively. In addition to the concert activities, the charismatic singer is a constant jury judge at various contests, she gives vocal workshops and is a lecturer for singing at the chair in musical education and didactic at the University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
